visiting from NC, can ORF sell to NC residents

Hey Todd, I will be visiting Michigan this June and would like to take a detour to ORF. Can you sell guns to residents from North Carolina.?I know when I was in MI last June they would only sell to residents of certain states and North Carolina was not one of them. Not sure if it matters but I do have a Concealed Carry Permit from NC. Thanks
