    Daily Carry Knife

What does everyone carry as an everyday folding knife?

I had been using a Spyderco Endura for a lot of years until I lost it. So I started carrying a Benchmade 940 as a replacement which is a very nice light knife. However, I'm a little leary of continuing to carry it in
case it get lost as well. I'm thinking its a little too nice.

So I'm thinking I should look for a cheaper alternative which leads to my question. Whats in your pocket?

Cold Steel TiLite for ~18 months. Been holding up incredibly well, so far.
    Can you dig it?

I used to carry a spyderco native until my father lost it after lending it to him one day. It was a great knife. Now I carry a spyderco endura 4 which is also nice, but I had to loctite the clip screws because they were coming loose.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Sog x-ray vision. Carried one for several years. Solid blade, lockup, smooth, no assist... perfect tool for the job. The new ones are VG-10, might be time to get a new one and retire ole faithful to backup duty.

I started with a Gerber Gator I bought in 1993, carried it every day until December of '06 when my brother in law left it on top of his car after we got some X-mas trees...( borrowed it to cut some rope, oooops )

Replaced it with this which I used up until this summer when it disappeared while camping...

    Currently carrying this...

Score....it's funny, I live 5-ish miles from Benchmade and know a few guys that work there. I haven't been able to bring myself to spend that kind of money on something I have a tendency to lose...

It's kinda neat around here, there are three major knife manufacturers local ( Kershaw, Gerber, Benchmade ). Kershaw has a yearly "factory sale" where they blowout the 2nds, they are stupid cheap and you'd be hard pressed to find anything wrong.

The downfall, be careful of Ebay sales on Kershaw knives, quite a few of the 2nds end up there from people trying to turn a buck. A 2nd will have the model numbers XXX's out.

Im a Zero Tolerance whore. I typically carry a ZT0350, but have a few others Ill swap in from time to time. They are more expensive than a lot of knives most people carry, but are on the low end of the price scale for good knives. Plus they are US made, and built like a tank with good steel.

German OTF w/double side honed. Steel construction. If its illegal in your state,

pull the springs and have a 100% legal gravity knife.
