According to my friend and info which he gave me only original one knives were made by Emil Pasiek Design with EPDESIGN logo and serial number.
I've found info that only 3000 of them were made between 1992 - 1994.

There wasn't military version with sharpen/saw blade.

The Gerlach made were only for the civilian market but I'm not sure who made them.
I was always convinced that a military versions were made by Gerlach but I've never checked it.

I need to dig it a little bit more.

I've got some more info from my friend.

The wz. 92 orginally made for military was made by EP Design and had a serial number and features of military receptions (I hope that translation of it is right but I'm talking about military proof marks) - I'm just not sure who added a serial number.

Differences between wz. 92 and wz. 98 was that the first one has bled screwed to the handle and an empty space with threaded end cap and wz. 98 has a full lenght blade from tip to the end cap which is fixed.

The wz. 98 was only on civil market.

The wz. 92 was also in dagger configuration.
