Which RPG is this?

I don't recognize this model of RPG or what nation it comes from. Solider is British, so I'm guessing those are captured RPG's.

Hmm...looking at the pic, I notice his rifle has a blank fire adapter/simulator so those might be dummy or prop RPG's?
