Same here. Retro parts, fine. Otherwise the market is glutted with AR parts with little to differentiate them.

Impossible to import ANY US surplus now, so no more early M16 parts can return to the USA.
You can thank the President's Executive Action for that.
I have some Colt parts listed and some more to be handled sometime, but nothing in volume.

Only your sales numbers can tell you if AR parts are worth it.

There are so many companies that offer that stuff already. I think you're better off acquiring AK related items that are more unique.
    Want to buy:
    1966 East German AKM kit
    TYPE 1 kit
    North Korean kit
    Serbian M76 sniper vest (M-99 A3)

If I was not on some government watch list, I'd be insulted.

    The key word is "acquiring"!!
I have a good many commercial customers turning to APEX for the material they need for manufacturing.
A lot of items I have now are not able to be restocked.

Is there a reason why? Is it the presidential executive action?

Most all of what APEX sells is surplus.
By its nature it isn't made anymore and has limited availability.
The President stopped US surplus with the Executive Action, everything else is limited by a variety of gov't agencies, agreements and simple economics.

When it comes to surplus goods, the safe bet is to buy it while it is available and do not count on it being available again.

Something I see picking up in popularity is RPK, RPKS, RPK74 kits... Germany and poland both imported both, if they are rpk/rpks 1972 or before there is a NDS receiver available for them. Molot isn't on the sanction list...

Two things, we have a small number of nice AKM kits inbound, should be here in a couple of weeks.
The large deal for AKM kits we have been working is a no-go.
Without getting into specifics, we spent a lot of time on that one, just couldn't make it happen.

Is it something you have had before or a new offering?

I'm always game for new AKM kits. They sure beat the hell out of all those AR and other fantasy type of accessories.
