Nice catch....., never thought I would see these again. If you don't mind spending serious $$, you can get a SAS M-7 classic receiver made from 80% Bulgy blanks and a kvar classic barrel and build up a wonderful AKKS clone, it will be about 20% cheaper than a Arsena SAS M-7 rifle.
I bought one a while back, then sold it 6 months later when I found two sets of Bulgy milled stubs with matching bolts (but nothing else). Later I gathered the right parts for each build.
I've got one of the Apex kits with the front stub from 1991 all matching.
I need to choose one to start with and send it off for reweld work. Not a single milled build in my collection.
Sometimes it seems there's a bottomless supply of beautiful Bulgarian parts out there.
Really tempted to try a Tort tort receiver build. Would definitely go full-stock instead u/f.
