    Pics or it never happened!

Seriously though, what metal are you using, and what kind of heat treatment do you plan to use?

The milled receiver guys say they harden their receivers to 40-45 R. Should be good for your trunion.

A 19mm trunion that fits the 1mm receiver, that is cool. The NDS-1 would be perfect with this trunion.

Man I'd sure like to see a 308 Sagia style trunion with even heavier lugs and bulged on both sides to fit a NDS-5 reciver and a 3 lug bolt with slightly heavier lugs to go with it come to market for a resonable price.

I have been looking a 300 WSM brass as well a 284 win brass. and Id love to build a gun that would be safe for 65,000 PSI loads with a .550 case head on the brass.

Oh yea make the trunion bore smaller like 22mm soit can be taped for a m24 thread and I can screw the barrel in for a switch barrrel set up.

a 19mm bore can be opend up how ever.

any thought on price and avaliablity on the ones you doing now??
