Is this a Swiss Pattern Luger

I won the following auction for a Luger.
    http://www.gunbroker.com/item/612375814
I already have one with a 4" barrel, so this one will have a friend to hang with. As you can see, the seller didn't write much of a description. When I purchased my other Luger, it was described as being the Swiss Pattern type. I was able to receive it using my C&R because I found the following Luger in the list: "Luger, Mauser Parabellum, semiautomatic pistol, 7.65mm or 9mm Luger,4 and 6" barrel, Swiss Pattern with grip safety and the American Eagle stamped on the receiver, made from 1970 to 1978." The pistol in the auction clearly has a grip safety and the American Eagle on the receiver. I'm just not sure if "Swiss Pattern is defined by the grip safety alone or if there's something else that qualifies a Luger as being the Swiss Pattern. Is this or is it not a Swiss Pattern Luger? Why or why not? Thanks.

Yes, Interarms, I think produced in the 80's. Great price.

Well someone scored it for less than 1K.

Yep. I've been watching the auctions on the Interarms imports. The 6" barrel Lugers generally sell in the $1200 to $1500 range.

I emailed my FFL to the seller along with the page in the C&R list listing this pistol. Apparently the seller know about it because he said that a C&R is no problem and even gave me a discount on shipping. It's always nice to get a good deal and even nicer when the seller does a good job.
